At Xcelerate, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and web services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Due to the nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:
General Refund Policy
All payments made to Xcelerate for services rendered are non-refundable, except in cases where explicitly stated in writing or where services have not yet commenced.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

Partial Work Completed: If only a portion of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work delivered and resources spent.

Failure to Deliver: If Xcelerate fails to initiate the agreed-upon services within 14 days of payment without valid cause, the client may be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:

Any work that has already been delivered or completed.

Paid advertising budgets managed on behalf of the client.

Subscription-based services or monthly retainers after the billing cycle has begun.

Third-party tool subscriptions or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at xcelerate.smma@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising. Please include:

The reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently.
Changes to This Policy
Xcelerate reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying our clients directly.
