Intellectual Property

All content created by Xcelerate (e.g. designs, copy, strategy plans) remains the intellectual property of Xcelerate until full payment is received. After that, ownership may transfer based on the agreed terms.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Xcelerate is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform outages (e.g. Facebook or Instagram bugs)

• Delays caused by client inaction or late submissions

• Indirect or consequential damages related to advertising or digital campaigns
